The effort was recognized with her being selected as 1999 Gatorade's Circle of Champions National Player of the Year. In 2000, she received an Orange County Athlete of the of the year for volleyball. Ross and Klineman have been performing their duties from 2017. However, Ross was an already a well-established athlete in the world of beach volleyball prior to this pairing. In fact, she's been an active player in the world of beach volleyball throughout the years. Actually, she took home several titles, and even one with an iconic volleyball legend. The pair was Jennifer Kessy from 2007-2013, in addition to serving as Kessy's Klineman and coach. Alongside Kessy Ross was an ace in the international scene, winning one of the biggest titles in the world in 2009. In 2012, the team were awarded silver medals at the London Olympic Games. Misty Maytreanor's famous team together with Kerri Jennings took home the gold. Ross Jennings was Walsh Jennings partner in fate when Maytreanor decided to retire. The duo went on to win the bronze medal in beach volleyball at the Rio Olympics in the year 2016. Following high school, and for a few many years before hitting the sand professionally, Ross was a ball to the USC Trojans in her first season as an collegiate.
