Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian, host of a TV show and performer best known for hosting the popular daily talk show The Talk. Sheryl Underwood, born in Arkansas, was raised in the area of Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl comes from an extended family with numerous issues. She was a lot of her youth caring for Frankie. Frankie suffered from polio. Growing up, she had difficulties with her mom. Sheryl stated that in one instance, her mother had stabbed one of the parents to her son because she was getting close to the father. Sheryl was a soldier following her graduation from college. But her passion was comedy. She became the very first woman to win the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. She started her TV career as regularly performing at The HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. She was a guest on Oh Drama! as the host in the year 2000. Presently, she is a guest co-host for the talk talk show from the year 2011. Also, she appears in fictional roles on series such Bulworth and Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
