Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is a model and actress. Her most well-known role is being Pepper Steiger on Neighbors, the soap that aired 100 episodes from 2006 until 2007. Her Hollywood debut on two shows. One was Hollywood & Wine which was a musical comedy project that starred choristers where she played an aspiring young actor. After that, she was offered a regular role in the ninth season of Scrubs which portrayed Maya an extremely sexy medical student. The show was abruptly cut off. Then, she went on to make the Farrelly brothers ' comedy called Good to Shoot. It was starred by Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress starred in short-form films and B-Series movies. It was in 2013 that she started to get noticed in a greater way. After having appeared in six episodes of the drama about detectives Franklin and Bash and landing her first role as a regular in the webseries Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia, the actress was offered a variety of roles. The role she plays is the first two seasons of the show and also gives the response to Chad Michael Murray. Next, in the year after her debut, she had supporting roles as a flight attendant on two fantastic film features. She plays a pilot. But above all she shares the cover of a brand new television series entitled Matador featuring Gabriel Luna. The season will run for 13 episodes however, the Robert Rodriguez directed thriller where actors play CIA agents was only made for a brief period of period of time. The pilot for another show that hasn't had much success, is in development.
